Develop brand messaging and culture positioning for a local telecommunications company seeking to elevate hiring.
Approach
Worked closely with the internal marketing team at Optus to develop positioning and messaging to promote an employee-centric philosophy. Developed the overarching mission—Shape Your Future and Ours—to highlight an internal culture where ideas and contributions matter. Additionally, the messaging centered around the size of the organization to further promote Optus as a company that offers employees the ability to shape the future—both personally and organizationally.
